What we’ll cover
Week One
Intentions, Values & Parenting Styles
We begin by getting honest about what’s driving your parenting—your intentions, your defaults, and the patterns you may be repeating without realizing it. You’ll explore different parenting styles (power-over, power-under, and power-with), and learn the basics of active and reflective listening so you can respond instead of react.
Week Two
This week, we dive into attachment science and nervous system basics. You’ll learn what secure attachment really looks like, how stress shows up in your child’s body, and how to recognize your own regulation state using the polyvagal ladder and nervous system thermometer. We also introduce the powerful repair process that builds long-term trust.

Week Three
Brain Science and the Nervous System
You’ll explore brain development and how it affects your child’s behavior, emotions, and needs. From “upstairs and downstairs” brain to left vs. right brain processing, we’ll help you see your child’s behavior through a developmental lens. You’ll also learn the Root to Bloom model for raising connected, resilient kids from the inside out.
Week Four
The PEACE Process & Discipline
This week is all about holding limits with love. You’ll learn how to shift from control to connection using the PEACE Process, a simple framework for navigating conflict without punishment. We’ll explore empowered conversations, permanent vs. evolving boundaries, and how to build mutual respect through conscious communication.
Week Five
UNDERSTANDING ANGER AND AGGRESsION
Anger isn’t something to fear—it’s a signal. This week, we explore how to recognize anger (in yourself and your child) as a form of communication. You’ll reflect on how your own history has shaped your relationship with anger, and learn tools to model emotional containment, healthy expression, and boundaries that protect—not punish.
Week Six
The Power of Play in Parenting
We close the course with what children need most—your playful presence. You’ll learn about different types of play, discover your unique “play language,” and explore how play creates safety, joy, and connection. We’ll also introduce storytelling as a powerful tool for teaching, healing, and reinforcing emotional lessons with your child.

This isn’t about perfect routines or parenting theories. It’s about understanding what’s underneath the behavior, learning how to stay grounded in the hard moments, and breaking old patterns that leave you feeling like you’ve failed.
I’ve been on both sides. First as a family support worker. Then as a parent myself. The tools I learned changed how I show up, not just with children but with myself. They helped me see that parenting well is not about getting it right all the time. It’s about connection, repair, and having the support to do things differently.

The standard program includes weekly group sessions, a workbook, and email support for logistics. The VIP package includes everything in the standard offer, plus one private 1:1 session and ongoing Telegram support between sessions for added guidance and connection.
