Online Parenting Group Coaching | Support for Parents of Young Children
Looking for online parenting group coaching that combines expert guidance with community support? Our parenting support groups help parents of young children build calm, connection, and confidence—with science-based tools and a judgment-free space to grow.
Group coaching gives you access to a supportive community of parents who are walking a similar path. It’s a place to feel seen, to ask questions without judgment, and to learn in good company.
Together, we explore what’s coming up in your parenting, unpack the patterns that keep showing up, and share tools that help create more calm and connection at home.
You don’t have to do this alone.
Being part of a community that understands what you’re holding can make all the difference.
At Ray of Sunshine Parenting, group coaching is real, respectful, and rooted in connection. There’s space for all of you here.
Here are a few ways we can work together
The Parenting Reset
A 6-week online group coaching program to bring more calm, connection, and confidence to your parenting.
This group is for parents who feel overwhelmed, caught in cycles of reactivity, or unsure how to shift the dynamic at home. You might be navigating yelling, shutdowns, guilt, or constant second-guessing.
Inside a supportive group space, you’ll explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Together, we unpack what’s getting in the way of connection so you can parent with more clarity and care.
Over six weeks, we explore:
• How your parenting patterns have been shaped by your past
• Building emotional safety and deeper connection
• Understanding stress responses in your child and in yourself
• Creating boundaries that are clear, respectful, and consistent
• Responding to big emotions with steadiness and compassion
• Using play to reduce tension and reconnect
You’ll walk away with tools that feel practical and human, alongside a sense of community that reminds you you’re not doing this alone.
Transformational Parenting Method
A 12-week online parenting group for parents ready for deeper change in how they show up with their children, their family, and themselves
This series is for parents who want more than a few tools. It’s for those feeling the weight of disconnection, emotional reactivity, or old patterns that keep showing up.
Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface and build new ways of parenting that feel steady, conscious, and aligned with your values.
What we’ll explore together:
• Self-awareness and how your past shapes how you show up
• What your child’s behavior is really communicating
• How the nervous system affects connection and calm
• Building trust through emotional presence and attachment
• Creating boundaries that are clear, respectful, and sustainable
• Communication that supports collaboration, not control
• Power dynamics and your role as a grounded leader in your home
• Tools for emotional safety, repair, and co-regulation
• Rituals and play that support meaningful reconnection
This is for the parent who wants to lead their family with more intention and care.
Not just for their child, but for themselves and the people they love.
