The Transform Your Parenting program is a 12-week journey that helps you gently unpack the patterns, triggers, and survival-mode reactions and learn how to show up with more calm, connection, and clarity in the everyday moments.

We start by grounding into self-awareness. You’ll learn why your inner world matters more than perfect parenting strategies—and how daily reflection builds a strong foundation for showing up with presence, not performance.
Week Two
What’s Beneath the Behavior?
This week shifts the focus from fixing behavior to understanding it. You’ll explore what behavior is really communicating and begin the shift from control to curiosity, using observation and compassion to guide your responses.
Week Three
10 Core Pillars of Transformational ParentinG
We’ll map out the core beliefs and habits that shape how you parent. You’ll reflect on your own patterns, explore power dynamics, and start building a conscious, compassionate mindset using the Head, Heart, and Hands model.
Week Four
This week unpacks how connection is wired into our brains. You’ll learn about secure and insecure attachment styles, reflect on your own experiences, and begin nurturing secure bonds through emotional safety and consistency.

You’ll explore how your child’s brain develops—and how your own experiences shape your reactions. This week introduces mindsight: the ability to stay curious, connected, and compassionate even in tough moments.

Learn how to hold clear, respectful boundaries rooted in safety and values—not control. This week introduces the PEACE Process, a 5-step framework to help you respond to conflict with calm leadership and connection.

Anger &
Healthy Aggression
Anger isn’t bad—it’s a signal. You’ll reflect on your relationship with anger, learn how to model healthy containment, and discover how to help your child move through frustration without shame or fear.
Week Eleven
Play &
Storytelling
Play is where joy, learning, and healing live. You’ll explore different play languages, reconnect with your own playful self, and learn how storytelling can be a powerful tool for teaching, bonding, and nervous system regulation.
Week Twelve
Reflection &
Celebration
Our final week is about looking back and honoring your growth. You’ll check in on core needs, celebrate the shifts you’ve made, and write your Parenting Manifesto—a reflection of the parent you’re becoming and the path ahead.

I’m a certified parent coach, early childhood educator, and mom to one.
I work with parents of young children who are in the thick of it. Feeling overwhelmed. Unsure how to respond. Wanting more calm and connection at home.
This isn’t about perfect routines or parenting theories. It’s about understanding what’s underneath the behavior, learning how to stay grounded in the hard moments, and breaking old patterns that leave you feeling like you’ve failed.
I’ve been on both sides. First as a family support worker. Then as a parent myself. The tools I learned changed how I show up, not just with children but with myself. They helped me see that parenting well is not about getting it right all the time. It’s about connection, repair, and having the support to do things differently.
This is a space for real tools, honest support, and guidance that actually helps.

All sessions are recorded and shared with the group. You’ll still receive the full value of the session, and you’re welcome to submit questions ahead of time if you know you’ll miss it.

The standard program includes weekly group sessions, a workbook, and email support for logistics. The VIP package includes everything in the standard offer, plus one private 1:1 session and ongoing Telegram support between sessions for added guidance and connection.
