EMOTIONAL REGULATION + MODELING

Understand your own triggers and stress patterns. Learn simple co-regulation tools and model emotional intelligence for your kids.

Week Five

CONFLICT REPAIR + COMMUNICATION

Practice tools to navigate conflict and miscommunication. Learn how to repair after rupture and reconnect without blame or shutdown.

Week Three

Boundaries + Discipline

Get on the same page with a discipline approach you both support. Align on consistent vs. flexible boundaries and learn how to back each other up in the moment.

Establish practical routines and “parent syncs” that help you stay aligned. Create space for connection, clarity, and calm—together.

  • All sessions are recorded and shared with the group. You’ll still receive the full value of the session, and you’re welcome to submit questions ahead of time if you know you’ll miss it.

  • All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of the materials and limited group spaces, we do not offer refunds. Please ensure you’re ready to commit before enrolling.

  • The standard program includes weekly group sessions, a workbook, and email support for logistics. The VIP package includes everything in the standard offer, plus one private 1:1 session and ongoing Telegram support between sessions for added guidance and connection.

  • Once you sign up, you’ll receive access to the digital workbook and any additional resources via email or the Thrivecart Learn portal.
