The Co-Parenting Reset is a 6 week one to one coaching program created to help co parents reduce conflict, rebuild stability, and parent from a place of clarity and calm. You will learn how to set boundaries, create communication systems, and stay aligned with your values even when your co parent's approach is very different.
Whether you are in regular contact, parenting with minimal communication, or navigating a highly stressful situation, this program offers tools, guidance, and a structured path forward. It is here to help you protect your child’s wellbeing and stay steady in your role.

CHECK-INS
Begin with a confidential one to one session. Clarify your parenting values, reflect on personal triggers, and identify the support you need to show up with steadiness regardless of the other parent’s approach.
Week Two
ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES + REALITY
Explore what’s working, what’s not, and how current dynamics are impacting your child. Define roles, uncover hidden mental load, and begin shifting the parenting environment toward clarity and stability.

BOUNDARIES, DISCIPLINE AND STRUCTURE
Create a consistent and respectful approach to discipline. Learn how to hold firm boundaries, support your child through transitions, and avoid reacting in the heat of the moment.
Week Four
EMOTIONAL REGULATION + REPAIR
Build tools for staying calm under pressure. Understand your nervous system and your child’s, and practice repair strategies to recover after conflict without blame or shutdown.
Week Five
INDIVIDUAL ALIGNMENT CHECK IN
Reconnect privately to review progress, surface any concerns, and realign with your parenting goals. Explore challenges you may not feel comfortable addressing in joint sessions.
Week Six
Bring everything together. Finalise your shared systems including communication, decision making, routines, and boundaries. Leave with a structured roadmap that supports your child and reduces future tension.

Co-Parenting Reset Framework is a supportive six week journey designed to bring more calm, clarity, and consistency to your parenting dynamic.

We start with a private session for each parent. These sessions are a space to reflect, be honest, and get clear on your own goals, stress points, and parenting values—without needing to agree or align right away. Sessions are available online or in person depending on location and safety needs.
✔ Five Joint Co Parenting Sessions
These weekly sessions are where the work happens together. You’ll learn how to communicate more clearly, hold boundaries, create structure, and reduce conflict in ways that support your child and make life more manageable.
✔ Two 30 Minute Check Ins
Each parent receives one mid-program check in. These shorter sessions help us track progress, address anything coming up behind the scenes, and keep the process moving forward.

By the end of the program, you’ll walk away with a clear, agreed-upon action plan that outlines communication tools, shared systems, and how to handle the hard moments. This becomes your go to reference point during future challenges.
