In early 2022, I had the privilege of participating in the 12-week Parent Coaching program offered by the esteemed Jai Institute of Parenting, despite not being a parent at the time. It was an exciting opportunity for me to deepen my understanding and earn an additional certificate to helping others, fueled by my strong passion for education. Little did I know, this experience would profoundly impact not only my professional knowledge but also my personal growth and perspective on relationships, friendships, and future parenthood.

Throughout the program, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, exploring the various layers of my identity. Reflecting on my childhood experiences and their enduring influence on my adult life, I confronted and healed long-standing wounds, finding solace in addressing aspects of my life that had previously gone unnoticed.

This transformative experience inspired me to establish Ray of Sunshine Parenting, with a newfound aspiration to share the peace and insight I gained with others.
