Billable Hours - Coaching

Hourly services cover all off-session support provided outside of scheduled coaching calls. This includes but is not limited to:

• Reviewing and responding to emails or messages related to your parenting plan, co-parenting dynamics, or therapeutic coordination
• Communicating with third-party professionals (e.g., therapists, teachers, caseworkers) to support aligned care for your child
• Drafting professional emails or documents to de-escalate conflict and support collaborative decision-making
• Research or preparation related to your family’s unique situation
• Coordinating schedules, planning sessions, or clarifying boundaries and expectations between multiple caregivers

These services are billed at $75/hour, prorated to the nearest 15 minutes.
